Pretty sure the officer would have responded differently if the suspect was a white hombre, I could be wrong but times be different these days. Being a person of color does offer special benefits, just saying.
Sure, everything officers did was correct. Now, LA County DA will catch and release. Everything is political. Guns are not enough. Be political warriors.
It's getting fuckn ridiculous here in Los Angeles went get a donught, and guy comes up to me and reaches for his waist band seen a gun, don't know what his intentions where but thank God nothing escalated…
Real question here. Let's say the cops did throw cuffs on him, and he wasn't a moron and everything he said came back true, that was his girlfriend's car and etc. Wouldn't those cops now be facing a lawsuit for illegally detaining him without cause?? I'm not an attorney, but I would say that the 4th Amendment protects from that type of incident.
The situation and circumstances in every video are different but the lessons and remedies are the same with little exception, leading to your staple remedy, cover your ASP. You're a drone at this point. People come to see the carnage and gore, and perhaps make comments. They're less interested in the lessons. No one is gunna remember what you said when TSHTF.
At 02:50 The Cops had him boxed in. When The Cop in the back ground went to look at the car they lost their advantage. Seems that if one Cop is confronting a potential hazard, his back-up should be on top of it.

Stupid video that only serves to demonstrate that any jack ass on earth could do these "officers" jobs better than they can
