Kyle Rittenhouse's lawyer claims self-defense again on Tucker Carlson
The attorney representing Kyle Rittenhouse, the teen charged with murder in a shooting during a Kenosha protest last week, claimed self-defense on Fox News Monday night. FULL STORY: https://abc7chicago.com/kyle-rittenhouses-lawyer-claims-self-defense-again-on-tucker-carlson-/6398011/
“ he was trying to get away from them “ trump says. Yea after he killed someone. I guess he was running 🏃♀️ from the scene. The cover up is pathetic. Give Kyle a Life sentence and throw away the key 🔑. The citizens are safer without vigilantes like Rittenhouse .
The child molester asked Kyle to shoot him after Kyle put out the dumpster fire with a fire extinguisher. Kyle did not shoot him when the child molester asked him to. Shortly afterwards the child molester attacked Kyle and that is when Kyle had to shoot the child molester to defend himself.
All 3 he shot were convicted felons. Including a sex offender, pedophile What’s the odds of that? Oh that’s right, all 3 were Democratic operatives at a violent riot.
if this doesn't sway everybody's view on Trump I don't know what will you got the police chief of Kenosha saying he killed these people peacefully protesting and the president is the only one that's speaking the facts
You have to be 18 years old to open carry in that state. He broke the law regardless of which side you identify with. Also, it not wise to chase or antagonize a boy unlawfully carrying rifle.
I would guess with the first shooting that Kyle thought the man chasing after him who lunged at him and tried to grab his gun, the one he shot, had shot at him first. In the video you can see that the first person to fire a shot was not Kyle. It was a rioter who was behind the first guy Kyle shot. Kyle is being chased by the rioter and then another rioter behind the first rioter fires a handgun into the air. Kyle then turns around and the first rioter catches up to him and tries to reach for Kyle's gun then Kyle shoots him. I would bet that Kyle thought the two rioters were the same and that the rioter who Kyle shot had fired a gun at him because Kyle's back is turned and he's running away when the first shot is fired. He wasn't aware the gun was fired into the air or who fired it.
Here, lets simplify this, Wisconsin is NOT a "Stand your ground" state, so when Rittenhouse stopped retreating, he IMMEDIATELY lost his claim to privilege of self-defense because he stopped trying "any reasonable means" to avoid shooting victim one, he then shot victim one and became guilty of intentional homicide, and there is NO way out of that. No matter if he was in fear of imminent death or great bodily harm, no matter if he heard gunshots or people were yelling or bullets were flying around his head or even if the guy chasing him was a big scary felon, none of that matters even a little. He is shown on video retreating from victim one, he then stops retreating, and shoots victim one, he is next seen coming around the back of the car, this PROVES he was never cornered or otherwise trapped. Then we see him rapidly running from the seen, this PROVES he was not trapped by immobilization from injury, like a broken leg or something, in other words, he could have continued retreating without having to shoot victim one. While it is true Wisconsin doesn't have "duty to retreat", Wisconsin statute 939.48 (2) (a) places the burden on the defendant to prove the defendant "exhausted any reasonable means" to avoid shooting victim one, retreating is a "reasonable means", when he stopped retreating he forfeited claim to privilege of self-defense. So, basically there is Rittenhouse on video, invoking "Stand your ground" doctrine in a state that specifically prohibits "Stand your ground". It's really that simple. In Wisconsin "Standing your ground" is by definition intentional homicide, and, the first shooting caused everything else, so he is guilty of all charges and he is toast, probably forever.
How can Kyle's attorney say to Tucker "Thank you for having me, I am trying to get the true story out". There is no true story. Just because you defend a client, doesn't mean that that clients story or the story in general is true!!! That is what TRIAL is for!!!!! The news and Kyle's attorney are GROOMING the masses man!!!! This way when Kyle goes to Trial the Jury will be in Kyle's favor!!! This is BULL SHIT!!! We have to stop this!!! We need to bring alllllllllllllllllllllllllll the witnesses that were there that night and saw what happened to court against Kyle's defense!!!!!!
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! You shoot 3 people! 2 are dead & 1 shot come on lawyer! Boooooooooooo!!!!

Boooooooooo
Self defense, this is what no police looks like. Then they cry murder, the irony
the dude that pulled the handgun should be changed with attempted murder as it wasn't self defense because he was actually going after Kyle!
