Kyle Rittenhouse shooting breakdown: murder or self defense?
Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, is accused of a single shooting incident during a night of unrest in Kenosha earlier this week that left two people dead and a third person seriously injured, authorities have said.
Since his arrest on Wednesday, the Antioch, Illinois, teenager had been charged with first-degree intentional homicide, Antioch Police said.
Prosecutors filed more charges against Rittenhouse on Thursday, adding one count of reckless homicide, a count for attempted intentional homicide and two counts of recklessly endangering safety.

This is one of the best news sources, maybe not completely unbiased mind you but donut operator is fixated on the truth pretty much without discrepancy.
If this young man gets locked up for this, there will be extreme outrage…. what is a 2nd amendment for if you are put in jail for using it. Where does the 2nd amendment state you can have a firearm and defend yourself with it but if you do you get jail. It’s like a weird thing where they say you have the right to do something but if you do it we will take away another right. Kyle has the right to live but if he chooses to live, he will have to live in jail… it’s coming to the point, where you need to either choose to die, or be in jail. What other other option do you have? I mean, I guess you could defend yourself and then be on the run but we all know you would probably not be able to hideout forever, so your pretty much stuck with the 2 options. I could see Trump pardoning him, but if he is convicted, this just means we will be screwed once a Democrat takes office and allows people to be wrongfully imprisoned by a corrupt system. All the power of the courts lie in the hands of Democrats, just look at roger stone, they managed to magically have a jury made up100% by leftist who were all anti trump… and many of them had lawyer husbands…. we have a justice system that selects juries that are biased and will guarantee a specific outcome… it’s really sick to think that once a Democrat gets into office we will be subject to the most disgusting abuses of authority. This protesting time we have had lately really shows how far we have come toward being punished for having conservative political stances, and many leftist are getting away with things.
Shame a few more repeat-offending criminals didn't give it a go too. They all seemed to be put off by Kyle dropping people like a champ.
He's standing there to protect businesses as he clearly states and has no priors like the others arround him, who are seemingly hell bent on causing chaos.
He is a presence that is trying to deter little cunts from capitalising on looting. You clearly crossed the line, and I dare say, with probably quite a few warnings.

Damn if this isn't proof the AR is a FAR superior weapon to a handgun I dunno what is. Dude kills 2 guys and injures 1 without even an entire mag while that cop shot that guy SEVEN times with a handgun at close range and he survives.
Everyone he shot was trying to get his rifle, if they would've succeeded I believe Kyle would be dead right now. Kyle was acting in self defense and I give him props for not injuring innocent bystanders in the high pressure situation.
Kyle was defending himself against people that were attacking him. Although the laws in Wisconsin state a 17 year old could not be in possession of a rifle, thank god he had it and was able to defend his life
It’s simple, he murdered those individuals. If he’s under the age to have a gun in that state then that means his actions are illegal and should be charged accordingly. The adults that also allowed him to be out there with a fire arm should also be responsible and charged accordingly.
From what I can observe from this video there’s still no evidence of how this interaction started, only video showing parts of how it escalated and the results after. If this kid was black, and murdered these individuals the same way this kid did, and walked towards the officers hands up just as this kid did, I’m sure he’d be dead; totally disregarding his opportunity to legally defend himself in the court.
I hope you all understand that in this video you only see white men attacking this white boy, and don’t some how misconstrue what’s being presented to you as black individuals causing havoc in a city while threatening this white boy’s life.
By the way…..the incident that happened here between the officers and the black individual they murdered ( Daniel Prude )…..what was the purpose for that cape over the guys head? Oh that’s right, to protect themselves from coronavirus, ok cool so where were each of their individual masks at? If that was their concern why weren’t they each wearing one? You double that with putting your entire weight on top of someone as you try to fold them sitting down like an accordion, you make it extremely difficult and stressful for an individual to breathe.
Do not misunderstand, peaceful protestor and rioters along with their looters have no connection to peaceful protestors. Honestly, a white man holding a gun and not getting arrested soon enough is not new to us. Now a black man holding the gun will have caused a stir for alarm. No armed police or militia vehicle would have passed him by. We all know this but most privileged whites will say we are equal. No we are not equal in any country. Stop convincing yourself that.
I'm not gonna get on the legality of what took place on site, but he drove 30 minutes to get there? Why would you put yourself on a situation like that?
