Just did this in Krav class today, my forearms are all bruised up.
Against a drug addict or drunk with a knife, I don't think you'll have much trouble disarming them. Against some of the profession knife fighters, your screwed.
If someone grabs your wrist like that and you have a knife, i'd think it'd be hard to hold onto their wrist.. probably where the practice comes in i suppose, and hoping you didn't just put on lotion.
you resort to the Indiana Jones defense. when the well trained swordsman comes at you with tons of training and fancy display, you draw your colt 1911 and discharge into his chest.
I just got back from the hp because my friend was stabbed but lived because i showed hiw how to make thisTechnique effective and i just want to say it ppl that make video like this that keep inacent ppl alive today thank my friend is still alive thanks to you
Why does everyone question this stuff? It's better to at least know it than get stabbed. You will be more confident on the street knowing at least one technique.
wow at least one person thats knows that your adrenaline gets so pumped up that your motor skills almost are gone;…and you cannot think…only if you train very hard example; one exersize you have to do 10000 times after it becomes a reflex…
Anyone can watch a Self Defense video on YouTube, but when the real thing is happening, when true panic & fear set in, where it's just bare instinct, if you didn't have real training and practice……your a goner.
Yeah good luck trying to catch the arm.
Bueno. Ahora EnseΓ±enos como hacer un kamehameha
Fuck that i'll just say "hey what's that up there?" and run like no tomorrow…leave it to the heroes.

Nobody would want to mess with a guy with a voice like that..
a friend of mine and I had tried this. my friend being 6 ft 2 and much bigger than me was easily defending himself and pulling the knife away.
This guy would be the best bodyguard in the world
I'll find these skills in use thanks π
anyone want a peanut?

Not working π
You should release your Bankai π
All jokes aside, you'd probably be screwed
what if my enemy has a samurai? it will directly stab me. what should i do?
I know right…
dude in situations like this u have to keep calm. it sounds stupid but just be calm and do what u are teacehd to do and then its all ok π
This must be the simplest and best teqnuiqe i know so far. Every other one i know is someone stabbing for the most uncommom angles i ever seen.

true.. but unfortunetely you need quite a long time for making it to a reflex-action..
Fortunately ive started Krav Maga, so i use these vids to remind myself of what to do. π
