Iโm pretty sure once youโre in the car youโve been rendered unconscious. Situational awareness is key. But yes always good to know different self defense moves and if you can carry a weapon even better.
1:30 LOL this dude is delusional, we literally had entire groups of men and women sit idle while a woman was struggled snuggled on a train in PA. No one runs to a screaming woman anymore because there is a non 0 chance it will end up with us in jail.
All these techniques??? Under the assumption we're still living 10 years ago. Nowadays someone looking to abduct a woman is just going to sucker punch her. We see that plenty in NY, Chicago, and CA – where they aren't even trying to get the girl, just her purse.

The Bible tell us the women's place is in the home, while being a wife and mother. Not out trying to prove yourself to the world. Maybe if she had done as God said, she'd be alive today.

Yes, my son is almost a black belt in Jiu Jitsu, he teaches me all kinds of protection moves and Iโm old.. ๐
