Apple actually fixed it couple of months ago (make sure your iphone is up to date). Now you need biometrics to open sensitive information. PIN alone no longer works that way.
I don't use any of these third party money apps. If it isn't direct from the bank I don't even want to know about it. Could have saved him $23,000.00 by sticking to this principle alone.
I don't use iPhone so I don't worry about that. I mean they can steal my phone and then try to enter pincode on my bank app, unlocking my phone doesn't really help much, they can see my pics and get on my fb, big whoop.

Five Ds for self-defense when attacked by an armed criminal +Plus 1. Distance 1. Deflect 2. Dominate 3. Distract 4. Disarm 5. Disable
I don't use financial apps on my phone. If banks aren't going to guarantee security and reimbursement I'm not gonna use their insecure apps.
WOW not even something we even think about from a security standpoint! Thanks for a great video.
If I lived in South America, I would always carry a gun. Furthermore, I would always put my hand on it if I was ever on foot and saw a moto.
I love these techniques on self defence could save a life
I have nothing financial on my phone. Nothing. And I never will.
I carry a decoy phone and decoy wallet when outside the US. The phone won't turn on, and If thiefs ask, I will just say I ran out of battery.

Just don't put your banking information on your phone.
What a great idea putting all your things on your phone – all they would be able to do is call on my phone.
I have a thumb 👍 print for my bank account as my password 🙂

Valacyclovirvir 1gr a day for 7 days
I rarely use cash apps, so o just download them, use them and then remove them again. I don’t leave the app in my phone. They won’t have the password.
Thankfully Theft Protection on phones isn't exclusive to Apple products. Definitely consider enabling that feature at the earliest convenience.
Good info. Thanks
How to enable theft protection on Android?
It takes a minute to find the settings and toggle them on.
On your Android phone, head to the Settings app.
Scroll and find Google.
Hit All services.
Find and tap Theft protection.
Choose which services you want to enable between Theft Detection Lock and Offline Device Lock.
How about don’t take your phone with you? Isn’t that also a reasonable option?
Whoooaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
thank you. I turned it on.
