That "purse" is actually a crossbody/sling bag. Much better way to carry all your EDC gear instead of an ankle kit or shoving everything in your belt and pockets.
Don’t these people know you can’t have nice jewelry and watches out in public? My state of CA is an absolute paradise for robbers and criminals due to catch and release policies where the criminal is treated better than the victims.

Sad police have such a difficult time finding people because they have no street info absolutely zero. If I went in that town Id find that first robbery guys like less than a week. Easy peasy. Look at their size, mannerisms, movements, fatty be easy to spot. Look at sneakers. hand tattoos – most likely local. Mostly you need to talk to the streets and need to trust officers which doesnt exist because of disconnect. sad
