I've been watching your videos and as a tkd kb martial artist you've been absolutely right in your videos I thank you for the training tips and sessions
The thing is that most people who you fight can't fight either but they fight anyway cause there mad, most people think because there mad they can fight, that's the problem but good advice as always.
Just found your channel this is great. I wonder if this same method could apply for me. I am in my 30s and only 4 foot 8 i live in the country. I some times feel like i could be a target. We recently have had some inmate escapes with one being a killer this video helps
