Bob Simcox says:

WRONG answer this time! Someone in the stake out vehicle should have made contact with the homeowner to alleviate the situation! So much for "serve and protect" here as they chose to kill an innocent homeowner.

Patrick Turner says:

Is there a time when the police officers should say cover blow and drive off.

Sharky's Machine says:

Odd that an entire vehicle filled with heavily armed Officers didn't move sooner to avoid this killing….. Clearly saw him around his property becoming more agitated by their presence.

Dinero Sam says:

Horrible situation provoked by undercover police wow just wow

Brady says:

wtf. i could have been in that car Doordashing

Steve Holman says:

Since when do you do a stakeout with all your lights on? And why would they block this man's drive? I'm not defending the homeowner, but pointing out some questionable tactics by the cops. Was it this guy's house being staked out, or one of the others nearby? If they thought this guy was a perp or drug dealer or whatever why wait until he has them a few feet away with a rifle pointed at them to act? If he wasn't the one they were watching, wouldn't they realize he was probably a concerned homeowner? Couldn't they have hollered to him that they were cops? Everyone in the neighborhood already knew they were there. SMH

Joshua Wheeler says:

Don't fucking loiter out font of my house with a car full of thugs badges or no.

jason hensley says:

Blackmail pistol grip AK-47 middle of the night. Not good

Travis Burns says:

Cops should be charged if they didn’t announce themselves

SlimeTime Fishing says:

damn i live in jax thta sofr sure overr off moncrief

Sjwaria Law says:

This cops should go to jail, that is way way too much incompetence and a person paid with his life. Granted, he was an idiot and made a mistake, but that reaction is completely uncalled for.

Loren Wiseman says:

First off i wanna say.I love this channel and i watch it all the time. I have learned alot of lessons here so no personal disrespect to John and the creators but 100% this is Bull shit.!! On every angle. yes lets state the obvious he was in the wrong to approach period. Stay armed, stay in the house and call the police. As far as the home invasion assumption then yes huge failure. Bc the element of surprise is key 🔑key trust me. Invite them in (at their own risk )and then make them pay for their actions. Next key factor THE (UNDERCOVER COPS ) how hard is it to simply roll the window down and yell out we are cops or whatever the hell they do ….show a Badge and all with flashlights for Gods sake he hit the lights 3x as a warning then walked down the driveway to the van and tapped on the hood with the damn rifle!!! And no one said a word just bullets and a whole hell of a lot of them. How many shots from 4 different guns does it take to really stop the threat? Sounds far to familiar to everyday life. Final Conclusion this man lost his life due to careless police work and poor judgment on his part. And not to forget they didnt even complete the mission. At the end of the day he gets to take a dirt nap and they get to go home (ON PAID LEAVE) to be with their wife and kids when this man was just trying to protect his. Sad sad situation prayer's to his family.

Maani Hamskii says:

Stake out? Why are they're lights on the car on? Keystone cops

Elix Tido says:

Cops have been shlt on quite a bit for the last few years and they're not in the mood to have rifle pointed at them

B says:

No I'm with the homeowner on this one. He was reasonably concerned. As an American I don't want to be constrained with fear inside my house.

Wayne Alan says:

Cops on a stake out with their lights on? And blocking his driveway. And he probably approached them earlier.

Nobody goes 0 to rifle for no reason.

How much do you want to bet he called the cops and they didn’t come, so as to not blow the cover of the stakeout.

Corey B says:

Ok so……what was his plan if they actually were armed criminals? I feel like the same thing would have happened

NEVR4GET - says:

Good reminder of don't start none won't be none. There was no need to confront them with a rifle. They posed no threat whatsoever parked on the road

AQINYOURFACE says:

This is one of the dumbest fucking video reviews I've ever done bro seriously man just the simplistic black-and-white view that you're trying to portray is absolutely fucking stupid in the real world bro legitly fucking stupid

K B says:

100% all these cops should be fired and brought up on charges. They never should have opened fire. Wow….
