Theory: the victim was being tailed and pulled into the lot entrance (upper left), the perps made a right turn on the street , paralleling him along the barrier/obstruction, then made their move.
We really need the ability to quickly reset (and disable) the "kill switch" that engages during accidents. I was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit in an intersection and the driver was unable to get out of the danger zone because of the stupid kill switch. I'm not against the safety feature, just against not having an easily accessible option to deal with it when things go wrong.
He could have taken the bad guy that got out of the passenger seat out by going forward first but then he was staying in the danger zone longer. What do you think about that logic John?
