The dead guy didn't have a weapon and he was smaller. The bigger guy didn't need to shoot him. It would have been self defense if he fought with equal force. A legal gun owner has to have a calmer demeaner. He could have kicked his butt then have him prosecuted for assault. Was he even a legal gun owner ?

La intención era matar porque al tener una pistola en las manos creemos que lo hacemos por defensa pero en realidad, lo quería hacer desde el principio para sentirse hombre pero en realidad, las 2 mujeres también tienen tanta culpa como el asesino, la ley está para poner el orden.
Mi consejo es usar la inteligencia para hablar sin discutir y si tienen la adrenalina al terada, coje un tiempo para meditar, todo en la vida tiene soluciones.
