i live very close to where this happened and from what ive gathered, it was a mistake on both parts the kids being aggressors and the man not communicating with them or taking himself out of the situation.
Nicolai was assaulted, pushed under the water, and kicked in the groin. He was stupid for carrying a weapon, and for lying, but he was clearly under attack.
Such an unnecessary situation. If only people acted like fellow humans amongst each other and just COMMUNICATE. Geez, no one had to die. And why were all the teens alone and drunk.
As an adult, can he not be civil, and ask the kids that hey, have you seen a phone? My friend lost it.
I would have asked them, instead of just messing things up, and poking their space. And teens being teens, they handled the situation with so much foolishness too!

Argument fighting I slap my dad in the face then the police called they talk to my dad then me then my mom then minutes later he gets arrested for abuse assault property damage etc please do mine
See the kid who is recording turns the camera around to record his face? Couple of his friends just got stabbed and bleeding to death, but his priority is to get his face on the video. Freaking narcissistic influencer culture. Will do anything for the clout.

– Don't lie
