Handtrap Combo and Footwork for Bareknuckle Boxing, MMA or Self Defense | Seminar Footage

From our first ever bareknuckle boxing seminar!!! This is the combination and setup we used to begin the sequence for the rest of the seminar. It was a vehicle to change the angle and deliver strikes. We covered options for the three most common responses you would get from this sequence and more. The best stuff will of course be reserved for those who were in attendance but there will be much more content released from this event. Other things covered: Pummeling in the standing clinch Unbalancing in the clinch Self-defense vs. combat sport considerations Reaction drills from parrying and blocking Finished with tough interval training workout The event was a huge success and was at max capacity. We had experienced martial artists from Karate, BJJ and Wrestling as well as a couple hobbyists and some people that had never trained at all. The curriculum scales very easily, so nobody was lost or left behind and nobody mastered it first try either. Big thanks to VSL Fighting for providing us with extra pairs of Hitstix, which are one of the best tools for bareknuckle training. Wow, you're very good teacher, looking around correcting mistakes not that type "ok. drill number one 2 minutes and i don't care how you do it". Great job!
