That's what you get for acting any kind! 😂😂😂

@Louisville502highlands says:

Wow, dude was just trying to kill someone… You can't just kill someone for stealing from an insured store!?!?! This is pretty wild. Might not have been a felony.

@erictrauman2879 says:

who doesn't lock the register? mag door?

@ladyslovelucas82 says:

Yes it's against the law… but I don't agree with it. He shouldn't be charged

@bbmw9029 says:

Can't shoot a fleeing thief. You especially can't chase s fleeing thief and shoot him outside. Also the thief never displayed a weapon or threatened anyone (apparently. Without audio we can't tell what he said, but his body language was "i'm outta here.") I don't like criminals either, but this is a bad shoot..

@tvstud7040 says:

I won ASP-comment-section bingo! "These people"…"people are tired"…"repeat criminals let off"…"this unjustified shooting was bad, BUT"…"defense of property, bro"
Some of y'all just looove showing your true colors, don't you? It's pretty nasty.

That aside, happy as always to hear your grounded perspective on these matters, John. Thanks for all ya do.

@Andrico77 says:

1. Robbing a gun store is just idiotic. 2. The robber was clearly no threat and had his back turned. 3. Store owner was recklessly firing in a parking lot when there was no threat.
He's one of those guys who is just dying to use his gun, very dangerous person.

@mitch8697 says:

I could sympathize a bit until it was said that the employees decided not to call police/ems

@hiltonlive32grnrngr says:

He should be convicted.

@centermass4962 says:

Maybe the theives will see this and change their minds

@ericcurry1119 says:

Don’t steal. Don’t get shot.

@dr.j1416 says:

Well, if you do the crime, and expect harsh consequences. So tired of thieves and criminals getting treated as victims.
Also, might be wise to keep the cash register well, you know….locked? Smh 🤦

@therealbrewskii3418 says:

Yeah that's murder bro dude was no threat just a stealer

@kwlincoln says:

Charter's Country employees should have known better and been trained better than this. I USED to shop here, but may not want to go back if they have such little knowledge and respect for the law.

@billywilliams4183 says:

Probation or under 5 years prison time but will now be a prohibited possesser.

@kingdoc3262 says:

Many now responding to internet showing of and overwhelming robberies and people determining their response in advance. Everyone has to think.

@skullinationadventures6097 says:

It may not be legal, but I believe if you commit crimes like this which is killing stores and businesses you shouldn't have rights and its definitelya threat, how does store owner know wether he had a weapon or not and he shouldn't have to go to jail for defending his livelihood… just more proof that most our legal systems support criminals…

@oneamericanpatriotUSA says:

Ignorance is not excuse to break the law. This employee should absolutely go to prison. He committed murder.
