will keep the spent casing inside the chamber . basically or simply put.

These are all neat and stuff but I wish that you could use a “flash bang”
round to show wether or not the aggesor can get of a shot or not. Perhaps a
old fashon cap gun? And I want the defender to really try to keep ahold of
the wepon and show what a real fight would intail. Just a thought.
One wonders how many of these guys have either done this for real or gotten
instruction from someone that has. I have no doubt the Krav Maga guys may
have. But most of this is just scientific fluff or speculation. Looks cool
but most likely will get you killed. I do like the very first clip. Showing
that you can grab a weapon and not get your hand messed up. People don’t
believe me when I tell them this fact.
these disarms are a fuckin joke. the main thing is that the gun WILL go off
if the person is serious about shooting u, cause its likely the persons
finger is on the trigger and any pulling or twisting motion exerted on the
gun from the front is going to discharge a round with the barrel already in
ur direction. this disarm crap is all hollywood fantasy.
I have long studied different Karate styles, mostly Isshinryu and now
Shorinryu. Don’t forget, most of Krav Maga’s grappling techniques are
derived from Japanese Jiu Jitsu, and most Karate styles have the exact same
grappling techniques (depending on the dojo).
What I leaned from this video — if you’re dumb enough to let your target
get that close to you, automatically assume you’re in a fistfight. Moral of
the story? Maintain a reasonable operating distance from your target.
this teaches you to always have distance between you and your target,
ALWAYS keep at least 1 1/2 armslength between your gun and the person your
facing. they will never be faster then youre trigger finger.
