Attitude. Skills. Plan.
I'd guess that you don't like first amendment auditors because you like cops and cops tend to be ignorant of the law. But it's probably because most auditors are assholes. Still doesn't make it wrong, legally or morally.
B.S. If someone is assaulting me I have every right to protect myself. You don't need a Fking Lawyer to come on the show and validate the auditors actions.
I see some comments saying that what this guy used was good “pepper spray.” While it was effective, a really good OC spray will usually drop a female to their knees.
i went through the Police academy and there was some tough males and females that were screaming on the floor. 5+ million Scoville units will do that. I took it directly to the eyeballs (as a dare during the academy) and my lord, it’s painful. It’s takes your breath away immediately (like someone dumped freezing cold water on you) but you can’t regain your breath or open your eyes. it’s hell for 20-30 minutes.
This guy was using cheap stuff, if it was anywhere near 5 mil Scoville she would not have walked away. but hey it worked 👍🏼
Here is a concern. From the years of doing security work and having to use OC spray, we were also responsible for the after affect. Had she pulled out in traffic and caused an accident we would be liable. I don't know about the public at large, but it is food for thought. Maybe John can address that aspect. @Active Self Protection Extra
KY sprayers at the entryways of your home you can't run you can't stand you can't even hold a weapon or car keys. Someone has to hose you off with water before you can get away.

He just out there baiting people has nothing better to do get a life
Me little ma used to smack me upside the head for letting someone get to me who was trying to instigate. They both validated each other.
No "videotape" anymore. Everything is digital now.

She was the aggressor, and maybe she "deserved it"; but I would be really concerned about possible respiratory issues she might have given her age.

Streisand effect for her. A video of some random at the Pot store would go nowhere. Now she's all over the internet…
How was the auditor a fool? We was exercising his constitutional rights, the gest did not like his rights, sad, I would not want him as my attorney.
