If this topic goes to firearms legal please let us know, not that I would have acted grossly different but is thrusting yourself into a deadly encounter legally sound I would hope we have a kind of hero law but I doubt it.
So considering that our hero was going to be heroic and going to try to save his friends, what should he have done differently? I am thinking that he should have gone in with his weapon in hand and that as soon as he identified the bad guys he should have started shooting. Do not wait for them to get the first shot. They have already begun the aggression by initiating the robbery and his job is to finished the aggression by taking them out of the fight. But is that a legally defensible strategy? To go in and just start shooting the bad guys possibly even in the back?
I’m no coward, but property is way down the line as to what I would fight for. I’m glad Mr. Torres stepped in and survived, I wouldn’t have taken that risk.
@3:30 this guy walks in front of a window, does not even look, does not have his gun out already. He knows they are armed! Concealment by staying low, just shoot the guy through the wall too, suppressing fire works. Glad he made it, took a few hits for his friends. Wow! Thanks for sharing this one
Jewelry store employees should be armed. A risk assessment would also change up how customers enter the store. The third party should have come into the store with a drawn gun and capped the guy initially using surprise to his advantage.
Barney Fife is SO lucky to be alive. Keeps his weapon HOLSTERED walking into that situation. What a nitwit. The guy who got away was later arrested (Gregory Richardson, 32) but only gets charged with attempted murder and robbery: Nevada is an idiot state that refuses to pass a felony murder statute like most other states have (if someone dies during a felony you committed, you're charged with felony murder, even if it's your accomplice).
John, when our good guy looked around the corner and had the opportunity to counter-ambush, what are your thoughts on if he had shot the one bad guy bending over in the back. Would it be justified?

Less watching, more shooting from CCW holder! He had the drop on them both when he walked in with gun in holster.. WTF!
Would defender, walking in on an armed robbery, be legally allowed to shoot the first perp in the back?
defender nearly died for someone else's insured jewels…..
this is praiseworthy?
Perps were 2 poor black guys.
Maybe the solution is bringing back manufacturing from China and taxing the billionaires ?
Desperate people do desperate things.

walk in without caution?

Bad guy on the ground did he take one to the head?lol it looks like he took one to the head that last shot put him out permanently.
He didn't even bother to stop and look through the giant hole in the wall to his left to see what was going on behind the blind corner.
"I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today" -Thought about this when he strolled in"
Thank G_d for American 2nd amendment…
If your gonna go go all in don’t pause.
The baggy bum bandits strike again
Looks like, the good guy shot the other bad guy's pants button or maybe his belt. His pants was coming off as he heads to the door.
The difference between a gun owner and a self defender….. 😲😵 "having a race car in your garage doesnt make you a race car driver….."
Another GREAT VIDEO
Phenomenal channel.
MOFOs of course.
Have you ever been in a situation similar to the video?
Maybe he wanted to make sure they were armed before shooting them? So not be charged and go to prison?
If that was me,…that first guy would’ve gotten one right through the sphincter, 😂 😂
Sorry lady call the cops legal liability later
U never yell hands up u yell with bullets
