Cozycastle says:

Clerk never saw a gun

Jjames says:

Clerk probably had enough. I guarantee that wasn’t the first time with 13%ers

John stack says:

Gosh I hope that innocent person who was hit wasn't hurt too bad.

I know he said that he drew because he saw a gun, but the video appears to bring this into question. I wonder why he didn't go for cover when he saw the gun. He draws, walks straight towards them and even fires one or more shots while they were driving away. When they fire back, then he ducks and runs for cover.

I'd like to see your lawyer friends, Terry and Marc analyze this video.

jmflying says:

When the person carrying pulls a gun out of sweat pants and shoots one handed sideways gangsta thug style…..Did you really expect him to make any single good decision

Dan P says:

I figured he was lying about the gun (still may have been i suppose) but the way they shot back that quickly makes me think they very well may have shown it to him.

Clarence Howard says:

Another great video

Mob says:

Reminds me of the scene from get rich or die trying where the kids get shot for stealing little stuff from the gas station 1 too many times and he was just fed up

john Hunter says:

It starts with $4.00 than escalades to $400.00 and later maybe even someone's life, so why not try to put a stop now before it gets worse.

David Conley says:

Uhhhh, not a good idea for $4
So let us hear how much theft is worth it? 40, 400, 40000? Clerk was willing, and he only needed some training instead of his movie version of gun handling. Until everyone is willing to exchange gunfire over $4, no progress will be made to encourage criminals to have second thoughts. Remember, it was the criminal who thought risking his life over $4 was worth it.

Petro Towers says:

At this point it isn't about the little things they take. It's just seen how blatantly these people do stuff, tired of it..

Jason Milly says:

Tells me the SUV is stolen, which isn't surprising at all. Nobody who "buys a new SUV" is gonna be stealing a couple drinks from a gas station…
Edit – Now I hear they also fired shots, a lot more shots, and showed their gun first? Also hit a random woman nearby? Yep… these fine upstanding citizens definitely stole that SUV. Hope the owner gets it back, in good condition.
