I was nearly a victim of robbery one night while at a park. Two thugs came running towards me and the one in front was yelling 'hey what's in your bag'. I quickly decided to start running backwards to distance myself from them. I pulled out my concealed $@# and they scampered away like little girls. Always be aware of your surrounding and carry a self-defense weapon on you.
This is a Prime Example of what I have been contending for a number of previous videos and other platforms (ie, Ammoland); that THEFT is a Violent Crime and that the act of stealing property is a valid reason to use Lethal Force!
Go back and review the VIOLENCE of the Attack! He is 'only stealing her purse', right? WRONG! He is engaging in a Deadly Assault against her PERSON, and thus, Deadly Force MUST be used against thieves!
I am PAST TIRED of the BANKRUPT argument that 'property theft' is NOT a valid reason for the use of deadly force. Thieves MURDER people all the time and THIS woman's MURDER is prime evidence of that FACT! The responsibility, the culpability for using deadly force MUST be placed SOLELY on the criminal and NOT on the person being attacked!
This happened in the Democratic People's Republic of California; where the overwhelming majority of people are SLAVES to the state, in that they are NOT fully endowed with their constitutional rights to defend themselves via the 2nd Amendment. The sheer elitism of CA Law Enforcement and certainly the Political Class are culpable in this woman's death: PD's and SO's should be handing out Concealed Carry Permits to EVERY law abiding citizen.
The woman's sister could have shot and killed the thieves, thus precluding the murder of her sister, but she's deemed a 2nd or 3rd class citizens by CA Leos, Judges, and Politicians.
People it is HIGH TIME the CRIMINALS once again bear the brunt of responsibility for their criminality.
The Theorists in the Lawyers' Clubs and the Black Robed Elitists can take a hike if they continue to invoke their usual hyperbole in protecting criminals 'in the moment'. When someone lays hands on another person in a brutal act of violence, yes, including purse snatching, the law abiding citizen has the RIGHT to KILL that thief.
