Sidekicks are the best kick four self defense lol

Decespugliatore Nucleare says:

About UFC, I don't quite understand how many times they look unprofessional as hell… even how they throw punches: how many times have you saw some serious boxing technique? And not just flurries of overhead punches with straight elbow?

Ezio Auditore says:

How about the front kick to the face like pro wrestling? The Big Boot?

Chris Waters says:

I've always instinctively brought my knee up when they close.,maybe to kick or step on their lead foot or just mess up their footwork in general, or just block the takedown, if they grab your leg from there you can pound their head, or pull them down. I've always felt legs are too important for risky kicks, but you can find better positions for punching using these techniques.

no limitation says:

Never kick against multiple opponents we are not in a action movie . If you kick anybody while getting a punch you wil go down .

no limitation says:

Bull… , there is no best kick ….

Kevin McCall says:

My two and a half year old aims front kicks at my face when I'm forced to pin her down to brush her teeth. At 30 lbs she can generate quite a bit of force.

fatdepressedveg knight says:

1) the way you are showing the front kick, there's no balance, you can easily fall over

2) in a real street fight you could have up to a 1 sec or 5 secs to react

There's no way the average Joe could react that quickly with a front kick

Waichung Sham says:

Stomp kick on the knee when they straightened the leg

Vicious Spiegel says:

Im 5.6 , one time i was at the beach chillin with girls.and friends , and this guy who was part of our group started fighting me in a jokey way, he is 6.2 at least, and quiet buit.. I train myself too. So he was kind of tryin to bull me but couldnt cause i keep kicking him with fk muay thay style, he got kinda pissed of.. So he came on stronger.. I kicked stronger… Mf couldnt touch me.. He is pissed now… I kick him again and he try to kick me the same way.. I grabbed the leg and throw him off…his ass is dusty now xd he threatened me to kick my ass. .. I laughted and told him i would fight him serioulsly this time if he tried again.
He didnt. Everybody laughted at him xd.

Michael Rosenfeld says:

The front kick if done properly is the most useful kick. Short path is the best path. Recovers the fastest, hard to block. If not thrown like a flower , it can be powerful , especially a front thrust off the rear leg. Effective kicking is an art, and an equalizer.

Steven Watson says:

6:34 How much you and other youtube fighters and Bruce Lee agree irritates me with how much trash talk he gets. He advised leg kicks and stomach/sternum kicks too

Steven Watson says:

Frontkicks, sidekicks and oblique kicks (wingchun's) are all good heel kicks that dont require conditioning. You should learn oblique kicks in clinch, very useful

Steven Watson says:

I dont really use crotch kicks, but people misunderstand. When Bruce lee mentions kicking a guy in the pills, it's to take advantage of the, POSSIBLE, moment it creates. You need to know how to fight either way

Joseph Bean says:

I think the taekwondo sidekick would be very useful too
