Ken Gullette demonstrates four basic takedowns from Chen style Taijiquan. Helping him are Justin Snow and Colin Frye. The movements demonstrated are “Lazy About Tying the Coat,” “Walking Obliquely,” “Punch the Ground” and “Single Whip.” Tai Chi includes punches, kicks, palm strikes, elbow and shoulder strikes, knee strikes, kicks, sweeps, throws and other takedowns.
