Gun present; not necessarily an immediate threat. Gun coming up; definite immediate threat and time to send rounds. Guy immediately to the right of the perp was dangerously close to the line of fire. Gutsy shot by the shooter. With the perp down and that far from the gun, I would have secured it myself, either by taking possession or standing over it while covering the perp. The gun is physical evidence. Involve as few people with it as possible. Better to have the bystanders try to attend to the downed perp. Not all CCW holders have the benefit of years of training and experience. Good job By the shooter.
It's easy to say you would just shoot first, but nobody knows what they would do in that situation. Try to pull the trigger on a person and see how easy it is for you.
If I was the guy to the right of the perp after he was down I would have kicked the shit out of him for using me as a shield. Douchebag. Hope he died slowly.Damn…..he didn't. Too bad.
The guy in yellow is carrying dirty @ 5:26. He turns and either tucks and reholsters or repositions it but he's definitely concealing and doesn't want it known that he's carrying. Check out the body language.
Always issue at least one verbal command, it is a way to cover your ass, and not seem as if you had full intent to murder the perp. Legally, that's what I see.
I've thought that issuing a verbal in a situation when you have the drop on a criminal menacing with a gun was a good idea to draw that criminals attention towards you so that you can get the shot off facing the perpetrator. This being so as to make sure you shoot that purpetrator in the front with him drawing on you so it stands up in court better. I would like to know if this logic tracks, i just worry that the perpetrator might flinch and turn away just in that moment and if one of my rounds hits him at an odd angle the courts forensic analysis could show that it was a unnecessary shot or one that was put in the purp when he was fleeing or giving up or something along those lines.
At 5:25 you see his friend in the yellow shirt tucking his firearm under his shirt. Anyone else catch this? Wonder what the back story is on these guys?
I hunk he should have fired first. However I say this having not listened to my own advice. You certainly don't want, " drop your.." to be YOUR last words.
I hate the new format which includes a question to the viewers, i always end up skipping past it. I understand the concept behind it is to engage the audience, but it just doesn't work for me.
Soon as you see arm going up, you better hit that trigger as fast as possible. Lets stay alert friends..gotta watch your back as wells as others to Bless you all 🙏🏼✌🏼
I am persecuted by 99% of my local permit to carry holders when they find out I’m always cocked and locked. It’s like talking to a tree to get them to see the rational. I’m going to make some new contact cards with this YouTube channel! There’s no way without the tool on you, carrying locked and cocked, you can be effective!

Hello from Sydney Australia. What does CCW mean?
Always issue at least one verbal command, it is a way to cover your ass, and not seem as if you had full intent to murder the perp. Legally, that's what I see.
Someone pointing a gun at innocent people doesn’t deserve a warning, why waste critical time in a life or death situation?
It takes a split second for the bad guy to get a snap shot off, which could get lucky. He chose his path. Shoot him.

Whoa great awareness

Idiot apparently didnt realize that THE SECOND he brandished that weapon, he made it perfectly legal and justifiable to kill him.
If you are going to pull it, you better be ready to use it. Because the other guy might be very ready to use his to protect himself.

Who can't defend themselves is a their is a such thing as a person who can't defend people in mass shootings.
Grew up in the cape! Never saw nothing like that though
Depends on when the guy felt he was threatened. Personally I would have shot him the minute I saw the gun

The driver of the car (yellow shirt / black hat) also had a pistol.
