Mike says:

Don’t be a felon. Don’t run from police. Pretty simple.

Alex Albin says:

The medical examiner needs to be looked at…..

paul haddad says:

AGAIN, ITS NOT ABOUT THE LOCATION WHERE THE TAZER TAKES PLACE ITS ABOUT THE CRIMINAL ACT THAT RESULTS TO THIS KIND OF OUTCOME.AND FRANKLEY THEY COULD SHOT HIM AND DIED.THE BOTTOM LINE IS NOT THE OFFICERS FAULT FOR THE OUTCOME IT IS 100% HIS FAULT.

remote trekker1235 says:

An untreated broken bone can cause serious injury or death. It sounds like the medical staff didn't do their job.

i i says:

try kicking his foot its called tripping

David says:

So he was armed with a "butter knife" in the cops own words.

Jester Flight says:

We used a slapper, Billy Club, baton, etc, tazers are the most worthless tools that keep peace officers from embracing valuable hands on skills like grappling, boxing etc. Tazers were developed by the CJ industrial complex to generate extraordinary revenues for stockholders. Tazers only work less than 50% of the time. If the actor gets the tazer, then LEOs are justified in lethal force for something they introduced in the first place. Additionally, all this rhetoric about officer safety has subliminally & subconsciously programmed cops to always think of themselves first instead of the citizenry. Before tazers we used to disarm actors with knives, clubs, even guns without introducing lethal force. Verbal judo actually existed over 70-80 years ago, by cops on traffic stops with only a mobile. I started in 83, and graduated the academy in 84, and usually only the Sargent had a big bulky portable bigger than a brick, if you made a traffic stop you left the mic hanging out the window. Because of this you didn’t have the option of calling the Calvary on any given incident, you obviously had to be diplomatic, stately, engage in subterfuge, and kiss a lot of ass if you felt the fella could whoop you. If you’re afraid to challenge a perpetrator & end up in a scuffle, or afraid to enter a structure in hot pursuit, then don’t take the sacred oath to protect & serve citizenry, utilizing the color and spirit of the law. 19 children & 2 teachers lost their lives in Uvalde, Tx, because over 200 cops were afraid to engage, because of “police officer safety”, they had to wait till the Feds border patrol special forces guys went in to neutralize the threat. All those Texas Rangers & Texas Highway Patrol & Sheriffs, etc stayed behind the walls for cover. This genuinely is a big boys game, if you don’t pack the gear, get a job anywhere else except in law enforcement.😢

Chris M says:

A no win scenario, how else does he stop the perp? He cant let him go. FAFO.

Henri Young says:

To me there is nothing wrong with this. Sounds like his pre medical problems killed him. Should not be listed as murder. Bad ME.

Koneko Purrrfection ᓚᘏᗢ says:

Why do cops curse so much on duty feels unprofessional and abusive

Einherjar says:

So cops have to know what criminals are weak little princesses now? It should be up to the criminal to know whether or not their body can handle being tazed. If it can't, don't do crime. Very simple. It's not up to the cops to know your medical history.

Paulb says:

Fleeing felon that my taxes don't have to feed him. I don't have to pay for room and board. Not that upset.
