It is NOT difficult to give an eye strike. Where does this guy get his experience from? You use a straight hand fingers forward strike. NOT try to actually gouge.
…and remember, make a tight fist for strikes, as yes, I have broken one thumb twice and another thumb once from uppercuts when I boxed, because not in a tight enough fist … So agree, easier to break fingers and a thumb than a very tight fist… 👊🏼🙏🏼 Uuussss
