I lived in Turkey for 2 years. I was on a plane once and while we waited to take off one of the passengers died. It took them 2 hours to get the body off the plane. So, seeing this is no surprise.
Not worth your life people! Give the thief what he wants. He has a weapon already drawn. You don't know how far he or she is willing to go. How desperate they may be for the cash. Drug addiction needs etc…Nothing you can do unless you have the training to get out of this critical situation. Comply or die. Too easy.
Those police officers looked like they were on a rescue committee. 1. "Gentleman, we must first discuss if a crime has taken place, then vote." 2. "Gentleman, now that we have voted , the yeas were 6 and nays are 1, we must discuss and vote if we believe anyone was injured in the crime." 3. "Great gentleman, the yeas were were 6 and the nays are 1. Now that we think someone was injured we must deliberate how best to address the injured. I motion we consider various strategies in getting healthcare to the injured……🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Perfect example about what "video John" says on half hearted resistance… Fly swat and a shoulder bump against a gun, acts like he knows this guy, or anger just negates the rational thought process???
Yeah you don't ever try fighting a guy with a gun unless you have no other choice. If you do have a choice just give him the money and keep cool. If you're 💯 percent sure you could most CERTAINLY beat him in a fight or grappling match without that gun involved because you have training in martial arts or boxing or wrestling or maybe your just a tank of a man compared to the robber then control his wrist and disarm or overpower him but it's still usually a dumb idea. I always thought that was pretty conventional wisdom.
Wow! Don't get shot in Turkey. I guess since Turkey has very tough gun laws that make it so very few people can own one, no one learns first aid for a gun shot wound.
If you are unarmed and the other person is armed, it is best to do whatever the armed person says.
Shooter was only person who knew what he was about. It was a store; they must have had gauze/tape they could have used to try to stem bleeding. Do not need super skills to do that. Basis life: put a bandage on what is hurt/bleeding. All that futsing around; pitiful. Even the EMT were zip more than carry-boys, no assessment, no treatment.
