I got a question.. What do you do in a home invasion? Scenario..you dont know what the perpetrator/s intent or the weapons they have. You got your kids in their rooms so you dont have a choice but to confront them?
I’ve been away from YouTube for almost 2.5 weeks so I have to catch up on the videos. But this one, the first I’ve watched, is REAL. The streets are a concrete jungle, filled with violent criminals who are ready to take you out. Train frequently and consistently work on programming techniques into your psychology that work! Steven Seagull Martial Art instructors will prepare to get your butt whipped if you were to ever get into a street fight. There are no rules in street fights and no 2nd chances. Thank you Professor James and Sifu Kenny for sharing your knowledge when it comes to functional reality training. As a martial artist, I have to continue to pressure test my training in order to know what works and what to reject. Again thank you for opening my mind. Bows and Respects.
In the streets, there are no rules and no bells. The less flashy and the more dirty the moves are the more effective they'll be in the street fight. When it's time to go to work you go all in without hesitation. You don't attack at the opponent, you go through them like they're not even there. These are all things a wise man once told me a long time ago and it stuck with me through all these years.
