The reason for this bill is obvious. Neo-democrats have the majority in California. Neo-democrats are anti 2A and generally anti constitution. Republicans are pro constitution. The intent is to force republicans out of California or imprison them for exercising their rights. California has the most corrupt, anti-American communistic governmental regime in the world. Gavin Newsom and all of the democrats in Cali government are enemies of the United States and most definitely enemies of the people of California.
if you remove the ability of the law abiding citizen to defend themselves, you also reduce the validity of the of the law abiding citizen being able to possess arms to defend themselves. It doesn't negate the 2A but in their minds it somehow does.
Fight or flight resides in the limbic system which is impulse. Rationalization takes place in the prefrontal cortex. If the amygdala takes over the prefrontal cortex takes a back seat. This will never hold up in court as any psychiatrist will tell you once the limbic system is activated the individual is operating on instinct and thus can not rationalize until the limbic response is over.
The sheriff hit the nail on the head when he said it looks like with this law they are trying to create chaos. Liberal socialist governmental control 101. Just like the fires. Create chaos, devalue the properties, drive up prices so no one can afford to live there. Then buy the properties cheap and control where and how people can live.

Trump needs to make a law that charges lawmakers with the same crimes they criminals do along with Treason and conspiracy to aid and abet.

Same law has been in place in Massachusetts for years !
