John Q. says:

That's not true you fool
I'm a short guy and I don't need a weapon for taller guys
What BS
This guy is full of sh*
DO NOT believe what he is talking
He is NOT an expert

Greg B says:

A verbal exchange isn't a justification for an attack with a baseball bat. Never.

Hamed Adefuwa says:

100% self defense. No judge would rule otherwise. He even placed him down gentler than I do my 2 year old.

BMWm6e63 says:

That was self defence. Anybody can swear and argue regardless of who is in the wrong or initiated it but the moment somebody starts the physical by swinging a bat that can kill you you can put him out like the big guy did. Respect to him for not punching his brains out after that swing and respect for laying him gently instead of dropping him on concrete and potentially breaking his skull

Lake Cooper says:

The bigger dude is clearly a bully and complete douche bag. ZERO RESPECT FOR HIM.

carot2003 says:

The big guy was well trained and made it look easy..

Street Finder says:

He just got what he wanted. Sometimes you search for trouble and booom u get it. Believers say God isn't corrupt

Peter Connolly says:

The big guy might have started the Rowe, but he didn’t hurt the small guy so kudos to the big man,he could have hurt the other guy but choked him out instead

joel jelliff says:

I would have choked him to death. I would have had no mercy. The court would have exonerated me. He assaulted with a weapon and direct malice. If he died during self defense, I am sure even a mild lawyer would settle the attempt of a DA out of court. In fact it would not make it past a grand jury.

joel jelliff says:

Provocation only draws out intent and behavior that already exists.

Papa Torr says:

Lesson: Small guys, always approach with your bat drawn!

USAFORMERUSMC says:

The smaller male had a chance to leave. He didn't. He came back and attached an unarmed man. This was legal self defense.

dirt poor says:

This video poster is retarded…. It was obviously self defense…. Yelling at eachother isnt the same as assault.

Stephen Kenny says:

Both of those guys have to pay for the damages to the car…if it was my car I would she them both…

G. Dileonardo says:

NO ATTACK IS REASONABLE!!!
AND SHOULD BE ANSWERED WITH EXTREME FORCE!!! TO END IT!!
The key is who provoked it!!

kickinbackinOC says:

There's not enough context to the video to make a determination

SR 71 says:

Stupid conclusion. I didn’t see the big guy attack the smaller guy physically first did you?

Therefore the initial attack on him was unjustified and his own defender of that attack was entirely justified.

It was self defence.

normanpaterson says:

I'm not sure if what the big guy did was very cool, or not, somehow, I think the attacker would have learned a better lesson from simply be given a good old school beating, choking to unconsciousness does not seem prudent, if taken even slightly too far, could result in death, not cool. I think a good old fashioned beating would be better. This comment from a pacifist, yet a realist!

Iunch bag says:

The issue is… what's he going to run out of the house with next

John B says:

I agree the big guy provoked the smaller guy. The big guy needed to be the 'bigger man emotionally", and deesculate the situation. I think it is best to move in and close the space rather than back up to get out of range. Once someone backs up out of range, they have to deal with the attacker getting ready to swing the bat again.

Tommaso Cazzaniga says:

Small guy clearly has severe issues (inferiority complex for starters) and, instead of leaving the scene for good, decides to get back and assault with a deadly weapon an unarmed person.
He should be thankful to be alive, as if the big guy was halfway a pos of what he is, he would be either in a cemetery of on a wheelchair for life.

george says:

What in the actual fart is that question? Does P.C.bullshit and hypocrisy run so deeply? I seriously doubt you could have restrained yourself as much. With all that serene babble, if faced with a similar situation, you would seriously hurt the man coming at you with a bat.
