Nice one Boom. I do a drill with my buddy, "First shot, one shot" When we get to the range we take our first shot to see who gets closest to the "X" winner wins a cup of coffee. We also time it from the time we touch our weapon to the time the shot was taken. I found that this exercise prepares us for that self defense shot that can be critical. The trigger is familiarity is crucial.
Thank you Brother for another great video. Your suggestions and observations are right on point. Years ago, I had a Sig P229R . The accuracy of that firearm in SA was phenomenal. I sold it to a friend and regretted it later. The reason is because I wanted a more consistent trigger press like on my two G19's and the lower bore axis on the Glock. A few years later, the Legions series came on the market and for a while I was reading of widespread complaints about the finish on them. That turned me off from the platform until Sig started using a different finish on the Legion series. Then the SAO Legion came on the market. I am still interested in the acquisition of another P229. Do you have a preference between the DA/SA Legion/non-Legion and what about the Legion SAO?
Great video. I am helping a friend and his wife with some firearms familiarization before they go to class. Although, I have a number of pistols, I specifically wanted to keep these as simple as possible. Therefore, I did not opt to show them any hammer fired SA/DA pistols.

Thanks Boom, stay safe and healthy bud.

I have just 1 double action pistol , a S&W 5906 and it's very smooth.
