What’s the point of having a cell phone if you’re not going to take it out / use it in public? Lol…

oaomcg says:

Are we sure that the robbery victim was the one who got shot? Who's the person laying on the ground holding their leg outside the store at the end? I think a random bystander outside took the bullet.

Boy after a lot of these videos, I sure do love me a happy ending!!!

J Doe says:

This took place in SOUTHEAST D.C. east of the Anacostia River, just look at a crime map and you'll see how dangerous this place can be. Most of the violent crime occurs in Ward 8 of D.C. Back in the 1990's when the city was the murder capital of the U.S., homicides topped 400+ in 1991. "Guns" are and have always been severely restricted in D.C., even if you tried to purchase in MD or VA with a DC license, no dealer would sell to you. Just look at Chicago, Illinois has the strictest gun laws in the U.S. yet shootings are up 52% from 2019 to 2020 (2120 to 3137).

I think the real solution is having a good family structure with FATHERS present teaching their children how to respect each other and do the right thing as opposed to the absence of fathers and the lack of a good family structure.

Oh! If you think guns are the problem, consider this and I was shocked when I heard this on the radio. Back in the 1950s, students used to walk to school carrying their 22 rifles to school as they were on the shooting team. Guess which city in America? None other than WASHINGTON, D.C.

His #1 mistake was not putting up a "Gun Free Zone" sign. The criminals may not have known you can't have guns in DC so this sign would have informed them and they would have left to regroup and "mostly peacefully" rob someone else. Seriously though, I don't think they realized he was the clerk and thought he was just waiting for the clerk to come back so they just robbed him like he was a customer. No attempted murder charge though?

platty says:

How many anti self defense people have had their minds changed by this channel?

I think we tend to forget just how quickly life can go from dull to deadly. Educational stuff like this is such a wake up call.

Robert McCain says:

So the bad guy gets to sit in a dormitory style prison with a tablet paid for by the tax payers. Watch cable TV paid for by the tax payers. Eat food paid for by the tax payers. Play play station pay for by the tax payers. Lay in a warm bed paid for by the tax payers. While dude that got shot has to pay for his own medical bills from the shooting and pay for any medical expenses of the shooting because he's in state custody and the tax payers are responsible for all his bills. What a world we live in.

Amber Delivered says:

I taught my mama a long time ago to stop having her phone in her hand. Ppl don't care what so ever.

Joshua Torres says:

The real question here is… What happened to the bystander outside, lying on the floor next to the tipped over trashcan? He's sitting there rubbing his knee or something lmao wth

rochelle123ist says:

I'm keeping my guns and never going to Washington DC
