C R says:

Anger got the best of him, unfortunately.

Wakanda Digital Group says:

White bus driver keeps job in same scenario. That is all

Robert Franklin says:

If someone hits another over the head then the victim ought to be allowed to use deadly force to defend themselves. Anyone who would choose to believe being hit over the head can't be fatal is a fucking idiot. How could anyone know if the guy will stop attacking just because he got knocked down?

Just to be clear, i believe it's better to make an escape but punishing people for defending themselves is wrong as hell.

T long says:

that kick was legit as can be, who knows what weapon that dude may have on him

Pete says:

I can't say i blame him,i wouldn't have took it either,he could have killed him with that hit or caused some damage, unfortunately he could not control his anger, and yes he should have stopped.

Jacques Van Dyk says:

Maybe the guy wants to return to hit him again?

Being positive is the key to success. says:

Hope another bus company recruits the driver. They need a shield to protect the driver, that's what we have in London a solid door and window to keep driver separated from the public.

Spongeworthy says:

I can understand the driver's anger and I can understand why he got fired. I would have finished him in one of the bus's blind spots. That crazy could have fractured his skull or crushed his eye socket leaving him blinded with that aluminum cane. They are heavy enough and rigid enough to do the job. I'm sure mental illness played a part in this incident but I wouldn't give him a pass. If he has violent tendencies he should be institutionalized. What if he did that to a child or an elderly person?

Stephen Alsbrooks says:

That idiot with the cane needed some Act right on his Azz!! No matter how many times!! Sorry 😐

AJ McBrayer says:

Should you always have one in the chamber when concealed carry?

brio last says:

John, we do not have all the facts. Bus driver stops beating up the attacker and leaves the bus to avoid further escalation of violence. The sociopath, in stead of walking the other way, followed the bus driver. I would imagine that he started trash talking and making threats to the driver, who would not take more abuse. Of course bureaucrats will side with a criminal and not an employee who risks his life every day and was brutally attacked from behind by this low life…
