It was a domestic dispute. Cops were called. He didn't liked th way cop's treated him when they arrived. So he got a knife, probably from his home. He was yelling about how he worked all day, just to get treated like this, and if they wanna shoot, than shoot. Than a woman screams at the background insulting him (probably the wife who caused all the trouble with him and originat d the call), the cops order the wife to be pulled out of the scene, as he waves the knife in the direction of the wife and other cops tellong he will handle the knife but…AIIII…and boink. The end. 😊 This happened in the State of São Paulo, the car pattern is how you can tell. Domestic Disputes is the most common occurrence and the ones that tend to escalate the most here in Brasil. They are mostly unpredictable and laws really tie the officers hands on how to act since most of the times there's no violent crime occuring, only possible violent escalation so rules are very strict on deadly force, deescalation and self-defense.
