Just stressing the thought of talking to your family about what your choices would be in that situation. I used to work at a retail store where shop lifting was a huge issue. Well one day a family came in shopping, mom, dad, two kids none of them older than 9. The wife put her purse down on a table out of her line of sight. Another woman came by, saw the purse, and decided to steal from it. The mom saw, the thief ran, mom ran after her, lots of yelling. The thief ran outside to a truck that was waiting for the thief. The thief threw the mom’s wallet to the ground, truck drove off. When the mom got back to her husband, he was pissed at his wife. They were arguing the rest of the shopping trip. Guys please talk to your family. The wife couldn’t understand why the husband was pissed. Also don’t be dumb and run after a person who runs out the building. Whoever was waiting in the truck could’ve easily ambushed and hurt/killed the mom. If anyone reads this and is curious, I heard the thief was caught. I was about 15 ft away from the family when the wallet was stolen. Store policy prevented me from getting involved and helping the mom.
THANKS JOHN.C FOR TODAY'S LESSON. IT'S A TOSS UP. IF YOU STEP INTO HELP THE POLICE , POLICE COULD ARREST YOU TO FOR INTERFERING. ASK FIRST. BEST OPTION DON'T GET INVOLVED, UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY AT RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH. IN OTHER WORDS AVOID AND BE SAFE. IT WAS PRETTY COOL TO SEE THE CRIMINAL GET TRIPPED UP, AND THE POLICE WILL HAVE A LAUGH FOR THE REST OF THERE SHIFT. BEST PART ABOUT IT NO ONE WAS HURT OR KILLED IN THIS VIDEO.
How did the police respond in time to catch a shoplifter?! Did the store call the cops before interrupting the observed theft? "The incident happened in January at a Home Depot in Peachtree. Store employees called the cops when they saw two men allegedly stealing expensive tools from the store." https://www.the-sun.com/news/395024/home-depot-shoplift-customer-shopping-cart/ suspect 41-year-old Marcus Smith from Forsyth, Georgia, charged with felony shoplifting and obstruction.
I think I peed a little.

Oh Lord, I pray for an opportunity to do something like that. I'll smile all night seeing the 10 Pin Moron hitting the asphalt lane.
