Funny but stupid to not call police. You really want to stick it to someone? Don’t kick their ass, get them in legal trouble. Far more troubling then getting tossed on the sidewalk.
Implied to me does not mean %^&*. 👎. A threat or a armed robbery is just that. I'm not going to take a chance on some drunk or street crazy a hole going around unarmed, then menace clerks, retail store employees, banks. ⚖🚔🛡…
The PC police would probably say the clerk is just a bully abusing the elderly. If he were a younger man and had a weapon in his pocket it could have gone south for the clerk.
That was funny. And you stay out of here! Really though if someone tells me they have a gun, I just default to they have a gun.
I had an argument with a woman at work many years ago. Very minor argument to be honest. Did not even raise my voice. She then suddenly put her hand in her bra and said she had a little two shooter and she was going to shot me. I pinned her to the wall to stuff her draw and pulled my knife. She did not have a gun after all. My employer was not interested in doing anything to her and warned me not to touch employees like that. She says she could have the cops come take me away after. She is lucky I did not just kill her where she stood. It is generally a bad idea to threaten with a gun, especially if you do not have one.
THE COPS ARE STILL LOOKING FOR HIM?? How hard can this guy be to find? Just wait at the next store in the strip mall, since he’s basically going door to door.
I’m really quite troubled by many of the responses on this one. As an older person myself, I can guess what the situation is. He probably doesn’t have the means to cover food, shelter, and medication. Medicare does NOT cover every cost by a long shot. He is desperate, but certainly not dangerous and the treatment by that young clerk was sickening.
Just for a second, imagine if that was your father or grandfather. Or yourself at his age.
Yes, I know that he said he had a gun, but the clerk certainly didn’t believe it.
idk if you guys would know anything about it but…. how do cops catch people when they are fully prepared for a robbery like masks, gloves and this guy is obviously identified but they can’t get him
I work ems in the area where this happened they caught the guy about 12 hrs after this happened. The old guy split his wig when he got thrown out the door.
He could have placed him under citizens arrest but the problem would that was if he did and they guy got injured then the guy could file a lawsuit against him
Can you do commentary more like Joe Rogan? lol
He caveman that guy right out of there
just think what someone passing buy might think is the aggressor

Just call the cops!

This is why you have to plan for retirement. You can't work hard forever and healthcare is expensive. Smh
No wonder that clerk did that.
He was twice the size of the hapless perp.
