This guy is a hero… period. If I were him in a good law abiding state (not NY)…the criminal would have been shot in the head instead of being stabbed after a 50/50 life or death struggle. Criminals don't deserve a chance, let alone 50%….
He didn't kill him though, this man clearly committed suicide by Bodega owner…. NO DIFFERENT than a man who attacks a police officer and gets shot (its called suicide by cop)… in that scenario it's considered suicide so no different here
Jose Alba is a hero by saving future victims of this common criminal if somebody had killed when the common criminal George Floyd committed crime against innocent citizens, he or she would have saved the innocent victims to fall preys. This is clearly self defense! The dude finally met the Judge, jury and the executioner ! The DA is as guilty as the black man, soft on crime and look what happens!!! More and more of these DA’s need to be run out, and maybe charged with aiding and a betting if they were the ones that let these felons out !
