Do not ever comply with the abduction process, as once you are abducted the advantages are all the attacker's! You will likely be held in a preselected location that is isolated and may potentially have multiple bad guys residing there for whatever purpose, none of which will be positive for the abducted female.
You are still being gentle on her.A real attacker would give a good slap or punch to get her mind off defense temporarily then pick her up . Pepper spray is one of women's best self defense against an attacker.
I agree with the majority of this, but a man his size against a woman her size, I don't care how strong her base is, if he gets the back like he did in this clip, he can absolutely lift her up. No disrespect, just being honest. A really solid base can't prevent a lift. It can make it harder, but it can still happen fairly easy. The rest is good info though. 🙏
