I always use a staff because of knee pain and uneven ground. I know some kung fu staff spins but this is a great addition to my self defense repertoire, especially since I can no longer run away. Thanks for all your great videos, guys!

Maria C. Delgado says:

Hi Bob&Brad, I always learn with your videos, "I'm one of your little grasshopper," a few years ago I suffered of whiplash syndrome, I was treated by a very good physiotherapist, but I couldn't sleep because of the intense neck pain, I watched one of your videos about sleep positions ¡and voilá!, you gave me the tip=gift of "the rolled towel", I put it into practice and since then I can sleep without pain, and over the years I've learned some others stretches and exercises that have helped to me with my challenges on a daily basis, I'm so grateful with you. Loves 😘😘

I kept imagining Bob and Brad suddenly breaking into the Me Ol' Bam-Boo dance from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang…..

Tela Mere says:

That came is way to short for him. You don't lean if they are the right height. Major loss of respect for giving misleading info to sell a product.

Shelly Marsh says:

Will this help keep weight off my injured ankle?

hassan Waleed says:

This is nothing new, Prophets like Solomon and Abraham carried and walked with staffs

Random Guy says:

don't do this there is no power in those strike and the chances that you poke somebody in the eyes are extremely small if you have a stick you should thrust it in their chest as hard as you can not their stomach because then they might catch the stick. also when you thrust the stick you have to pull it back FAST or else the might catch it and for the same reason never swing the stick because if the attacker catch it it will back fire on you.
