What you say is 100% true but I don't think a choreographed demo will be enough to persuade untrained, skeptical people (aka 98% of people out there). I'm afraid the only way would be to arrange and show real challenge matches between trained women and untrained men, exactly like when the Gracie family proved BJJ's effectiveness against much bigger and stronger strikes by defeating them in challenges matches.
That statement, “self-defense begins with the belief that you are worth defending” is so powerful. Most people don’t want to go hands-on because they are afraid. Once you actually think hard about that statement above. It becomes easier.

Training jujitsu here in CTC has been one of the best gifts I’ve given to myself. I went in with self defense… but jujitsu anchors and grounds me so much when I encounter challenges on and off the jujitsu mat which no other practices (not kicking, not a decade of yoga and meditation practice, etc)I have ever done gives me that.
