Low kicks and teeps and maybe body kicks if you can get them quick enough without getting grabbed
Just never let your supporting foot come off the ground and your good, so no tornado kicks

2:Scratch (Only if you got yourself in a situation which you cant escape)
3:Tackle
4:Spamming Punches
5:Uppercut
6:High Kick

A side kick used offensively or defensively is most useful if you had to pick just one kick.
The front kick is good for creating distance,knock back the agressor and get out of there if you can
