Lots of the innocent people in Brazil seem to be carrying guns in Brazil. I've been to every country in South and Central America except for Venezuela. As far as people being aware of whats going on and people having street smarts, the people in Brazil and Colombia top the list. But I don't think straight up gun robberies like this is near as common in Colombia. Seems like your YouTube channel strives on Brazil LOL.
