Interesting. From everything I heard & read about CA CCW, shooting at people who are simply committing a crime is not legally justifiable. The video about imminent danger from a couple days back seems especially relevant here.

Lookin good John!

butlerpep says:

Be ready to suffer the consequences when you live in a left wing city that will drag you through MOREE THAN 25k in legal fees/lawyers defending yourself ……;.BEFORE the civil suits roll in from the bad guys and their families!

Juicy Dw says:

We appreciate you John.

Vincent Minguez says:

Alright!! 1 for California!

THAT is “the best a man can get!!”
…so Suck it gilliette…

Austin Schweich says:

Good thing he didn't need more than 11 rounds!

Pat R says:

How quick gang bangers will ditch their friends for almost certain death

OverlanderEugene says:

Even though he was protecting himself and his business from people breaking and entering which does give you the right to self defense even in CA, I am fairly certain he was arrested and received consequences for shooting at the guy in the car and kicking the guy that was down. Both robbers deserved everything they got and much more but the reality in CA is the good guy ends up paying for his "legal" actions most every time which is so very wrong. I would bet a civil suite was brought against the man by the criminals and of course the shop owner has to pay for his legal defense. Get yourself a good legal defense insurance policy people, like the one endorsed by this channel!

Scowler says:

Reminder that educated people are living in their cars in Los Angeles. It's no surprise that crime is out-of-control.

T C says:

Hopefully they won’t try to get him with the ”avoidance “ part of the law. An ambulance chasing lawyer will try to say he didn’t need to be in shop after hours, especially after having been previously burglarized; and he was only there for blood.

Brian Henry says:

Who the hell is marking this thumbs down? Obviously not been home invaded. Give me a break. This guy used considerable restraint and did not execute the guy on ground. Well done. I’m sure the word got around the criminal world that it’s not a cake walk to abuse their fellow humans.

Jay Jay says:

Damn bro, you look so different, keep it up

Matty Nice says:

This is kind of like how I constantly beat the crap out of my little brother growing up, until one day he took me apart like a fat kid tearing into a bag of Oreos.

hoppa haole says:

The same thing happened in a different state except it was a man's house who kept being broke into. So he parked his car down the street and waited in his basement, sure enough a couple teenagers broke in and the homeowner shot and killed them. The homeowner is now serving life in prison because he set up an ambush. He went around town to his friends bragging he took care of the burglars.

dirtyshirtinfo says:

A custom body job with a dent maker, not a dent puller.

Bflatest says:

I'll be surprised if CALi did try to put him in jail for waiting to shoot them lol

Robert Evras says:

Hilarious opening line!

Demitri zolnerowich says:

GREAT NEWS!!

N says:

Meanwhile in Canada a 23 year old was charged with murder for killing 1 of 3 home invaders. F for respect

Ralph Harrison says:

I disagree with this. Why not scare them off. Why shoot

talentedmangina says:

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 being from California, I very much appreciated this.

Of course, in 3rd world countries like the USA where, thanks to corporate mafia controlling the economy (some people mistake it for capitalism), substantial segments of the population are very poor and there is no social welfare to guarantee them a life in dignity, armed robberies will become very common and it makes sense to give people the ability and the right to defend themselves.

However, it's pretty blindsighted to base a whole ideological movement in this idea of self-justice instead of working to mitigate the immense inequality, restoring democracy or at least find a way to guarantee everyone a rudimentary accomodation of the most basic things needed to live and therefore avoid having a huge bunch of people that simply find no other way than to try and take what they need away from others.
On the other hand, it's a very smart move from the rich people to support such a movement to divert the attention far, far away from the cause of the problem.

Of course, not every crime is done out of desperation. Most probably aren't. But create enough inequality so that some people really do not have any other way and there will be enough people following, choosing that way and feeling justified at the same time.
People are hardwired to be egalitarian, that's an antropological constant. We can abstract inequality to some degree, especially if we have everything we need, but there's a limit.

I like the idea of being autonomous, providing for myself and close ones and helping to protect them. But sadly, I don't live in the stoneage, with plenty of wildlife to feed on and a population density of less than a person per square mile. I live in modern society, which is also fine, thanks to some basic cultural developments like democracy, which includes giving the police the monopoly for violence in most situations and respecting basic human rights.

I hope america will too some day develop into a country where it is not justifiable, nor morally nor legally, to hide in some place, armed, waiting for some naive person to step in your trap, trying to take some belongings and then take his or her life in return.

Now burn me, wannabe capitalist macho pigs, for speaking the truth!

I appreciate his job.. what a punishment….I love it

Willam Munny says:

I would have opted for a long gun in that case, no need for concealment, have better accuracy and stopping power.

Brad C says:

Sweet Kommifornia Justice!

Miguel Gonzalez says:

I live in southern California and it sucks being an unarmed law abiding citizen, with a clean record. In Cali there are only two kinds of people who carry guns and they are cops and or felons with no regards to human life. Guess who has a bigger presence in our communities? Spoiler alert! It ain't cops. I understand cops can't be everywhere but why not give me the right to defend my family and or myself when out in public against an armed felon if the situation calls for it. So frustrating!

Justin Steckly says:

Hopefully the liberal Democrats don't try to find this man guilty for anything besides defending himself and his property

AM says:

Yup even in shitland California where criminals and rapists are placed on pedestals and their delusional state representatives refer to them as “divine”
