TY Ra, something i needed to hear. After waking up and being more aware i
now have trouble sleeping coz i think about activating, talk to my guides,
highest self and contemplate life, connect dots etc. and i can’t fall
asleep, I used to make up fantasies to help me sleep, stories in my head
but if its affecting 4D etc then i don’t want them, it was only to relax
mind. i want to progress, i don’t want to manifest fantasy. Any tips to
stop miind from racing and fall asleep? much love <3
