Agreed; mandatory training is not a bad thing. Something that so many
Americans seem to forget about their Second Amendment is the “well
regulated militia” part.
Re: the argument about guns being only for killing people. I live in New
Zealand, and we have a rather fragile ecosystem that was very isolated for
a long time. The only native land-based mammal we have is a small bat.
Introduced species have caused havoc to the native flora and fauna, and
frankly, we need guns to try and protect these native species. We now have
wild deer and boar/pigs running about in the forests, destroying flora and
competing for food, and the most effective way to kill a deer or a pig in
mountainous forested terrain is by shooting it. In short – guns are a very
necessary *tool* for protecting the ecosystem here. I’m sure there are
plenty of similar examples. Just something I thought would make a good
addition to your points.
Knowledge of the historic facts certainly spoiled movies, games and D&D for
me. Especially Bravehart which was my favorite movie when I was a kid, but
than I looked up a history behind it and… oh boy… I still do all those
things but that is the main reason I now prefer WH40K and cyberpunk. What
do you think about SF in general and, more specifically, cyberpunk?
Rob his home no he lives in canada like i do me if he used ed a weapon to
defend his home he would spend time in jail before he could prove the need
in court. . Its one of the main things in canada that really sucks
+Skallagrim Are you planning on showing us shield (fighting) techniques in
the near future as you’ve built a viking shield recently? It’d be really
interesting, cause I fight with roundshields myself and It’d be great to
learn from you.
…1:38:29… – Love it, so true, and you’d think anti- Gun people would
wake up and see how they are being used for control and repression over the
People of this World. They are actually buying into an anti- Freedom
directed group in power, who want total power over all People in this
World! Carry On Skall!
anti- logic: A Man can pick up a rock and chuck it into the head of
someone, let us do away with Hands & Rocks!

Were there any cutlasses with sharpened hand guards? If so would you say
this is advantageous or detrimental in combat?

Skallagrim are you sure that that the first question is about using two
shields and not about a meant to be fought with in a duel?
From what I know about knife fighting, which is a lot, the first priority
after not getting stabbed is often to disarm the other person.
How to be a part of this?
Where should i post my question?
Looks like airsoft
What’s your favorite firearm?

Can’t you modify a katana with a larger guard?
Difference between a machete and a sword. Just bought the machete gladius
from cold steel.
