Unfortunately, this "cop" will find another job in law enforcement in another county or city.

@Bipolar559 says:

What did the deputy say that mad the suspect say that to him??? I couldnt hear it in the video

@thedude883 says:

Sargent is probably abusing steroids or some sort of narcotic causing his rage.

@thedude883 says:

Ummm… yeah, who was that "officer" who just messed his taxpayers up???!!! Lawsuits inbound!

@manleyjoedesjarlais7568 says:

I don't think I heard his girlfriend say anything. that's kinda odd she must be used to his outbursts.

@noahcasillas4079 says:

Guy needs to lose his job in the county next to Merced this guy has issues clearly with himself we need police that can control them self no matter the situation an know when to use there force other officer corrected him needs to call him out on it

@WlSDOOM says:

True police work

@logikylearguments6852 says:

Did i really just see him kicking him repeatedly in the head, while he was on the ground?

@user-mx1tw1tx3m says:

They're not cops, they're Money Grubbers

@Herbeon420 says:

Why was it necessary for the cop to put his hands on him? That's assault/battery. The tazer, and especially the kicking in the face after the taze is beyond excessive force. The cops are going to investigate themself, they'll find no wrong doing, and the officer using excessive force will resign and turn up a couple months later working at a different county sheriff's office/PD.

Joined April 9th 2013, proud member. Have learned a lot (situational awareness people!). When first joined I had just had 2nd child, was 25 yrs old and just graduated undergrad. Now father of 3 (oldest is 13), Dentist, Gun loving conservative Kentucky State Representative, bought house, busy but happy life….and still look forward to the new ASP video drop everyday…….

I hate notifications but have always allowed your team to happily annoy me! Keep it up, you are saving lives indirectly!

"This video comes from an off duty police officer in Brazil"….. love all those!😆

@eddnhaila3895 says:

this is the kind of videos that third world countries show to their people and tell them that we are not the only violent ones

@SD-ht1ht says:

Went street on his ass

@JeremyHubbardTX says:

Usually sheriffs and police chiefs across the country condone this criminal behavior as within policy and as a reward promote these piles of $hit who do this to citizens!!

@gregdoh says:

That cop is a violent, psychopathic, criminal. They make the lives of all officers more dangerous by causing people to distrust and hate all police.

@alinokizaza2666 says:

I totally disagree with y’all John. The deputy stood by and watched the guy get kicked several times and also didn’t intervene when the sergeant kept his foot on the guy’s neck for extended period of time.

@THEOUTLAWS209 says:

Racist white boy

@Kingdomcome666 says:

The sad part is that this coward resigned but other police agencies elsewhere have already lined up to hire him. All it takes for him is move to another county or state.

@brandonwilliams567 says:

Did he punch that officer in the face?

@gonzob9609 says:

LMAO Monday morning quarterbacking again. Where's the problem? He's twice the size of the cop, and is throwing hands. Lucky he didn't get Pewed.

@escapewaco1 says:

A BLUE "LIE" GANG MEMBER allowed to resign instead of being fired. The lawsuit should be paid the officers pension and the department's budget.

@PhilipHand-vg7eb says:

Cops run their mouths to get someone upset to get more charges against citizens
