Cannot emphasize this enough. Our nature is fight or flight. Diffusing the situation is clearly the best option, keeping calm and confident is being prepared. Thanks for the video!
Real-life experience vs training… Lack of one can be offset by a lot of the other. Just as a musician who's never been on stage before will almost certainly be struck with nerves the first few times… being extremely well-practised will help the muso to still be able to play well enough.
But to function at your peak, there really is no substitute for that experience; although close simulations of the stressful situation can help.
can you make a graph regarding your weight and especially HEIGHT, as a smaller human I cannot pick any fight it's just not in my phyical rational point of view If I was a big person I may have the physicals appearance to intimated but as small human I know that doesnt exist so any battle with any male is a loss battle even if they are smaller. the threshold is around 5 7" I'm a little under that for the bulk intelligent short men in this bracket we understand we are not intimating nor defensible toward a alpha size human.
Uh, listen here Mr. We've got no way of understanding this world. We got about as much sense of it as a bird flying in the sky. There's a lot that bird don't know, though it don't change the fact the world is happening to him all the same . What I'm trying to say is , is that the course of your life is changing and you don't even see it.
Something that I do in a fight is laugh, it's not something that I'm always aware that I'm doing or that I'm doing on purpose. There were times that after a fight I was told I was laughing like a madman the entire time and I didn't recall doing it. Ive trained in Taekwondo and Judo so I'm confident in my abilities and calm throughout the fight and even during training my instructors noticed but was never able to stop doing, just not sure what brings it on.
I haven't actually fought in years but the few physical altercations I've been involved in have been ended almost immediately. Not a seasoned fighter but have had a little more experience in that world than most people.

Adrenaline feels so good, it removes the pain in my foot.

Having a grip on you emotions, I think Bruce said it best emotional content not anger! ☯️

I don't know who needs to hear this but stop saving all your money, invest some of it if you really want financial freedom….

the 4 dislikes are the folks who have lost their grip on their emotions 😉
Death does not scare me at all, but life changing injuries does.

Was thinking it sounded a bit biblical as you were going through. Great video made even better by the cheesy grin at the end.
if u lose ur mind u lose control physically & psychologically 👏
Thank you. Common sense stuff. But, I don't fear death, it's gonna get me eventually is my mindset. Plus I always try to talk the situation down.
Excellent points, and that golden smile to wrap it up. What's not to like about this channel?
An angry mind, is a narrow mind.

But when adrenaline rushes, it just freezes me and neither my body nor my mind works anymore. And that's why I always feel bad about myself
