5 Self-Defense Moves to know when you get into bad situations:
1) When am is grabbed
2) When someone invades your personal space
3) When hair is pulled
4) When grabbed from behind
5) When being mounted

the fourth move was a little risky if not have much practice. if attacker is a wider male you may not be able to reach around to other leg. most people could lose balance and even though using pivoting she still had to try to lift you up. grabbing and lifting the one closet leg up and pushing with shoulder into their side would throw them off balance and you can kick them and move away. poor JSoh is a glutton for punishment. 😛
The intention of this video is great. However, I doubt it will work in the situation (under stress!). If you really want to defend yourself, go into regular training, so the movements are in your muscle memory. You need to be able to do them without thinking. So the routine of the techniques is crucial! So training, training, training!!! Just a thought from a 2nd Dan (black belt) in Karate. 😉
