There is no amount of martial arts training that will give a woman any edge against a strong attacker… Unless it is some enhanced gym rat roid lady, that also trains martial arts everyday. But for the majority, they just don´t have the strength for the submission moves…

This is really good for women to learn. However, I would also say some real sparring and training with guys are needed, cuz those techniques are not always gonna be that easy to pull off. Especially if the attacker is a really big or very strong guy. Like I would not recommend pulling guard at all cuz of the possibility of them landing in mount. Mount could be death. But hey, i'm no professional so…

And we’ve got female cops wearing ponytails. Any law enforcement agency foolish enough to put quota hires who are not up to the task on the street they should at least make them cut their hair.

The Vale Tudo combatants would turn on their graves. Shame on you. Is your grand father approving that kind of promotion? Your uncle I can understand it. He was always about money. But is your grandfather approving of all of these? And I dare you to delete my comments I have print screen them and if you do I’ll post them in the forums and you’ll be double embarrassed

Taking the 'test' is where they send 'big Barry' to visit you. If you don't get the shit kicked out of you – you pass! So be ready for Barry to spring out of the frozen peas at your local store.

Trooper RCB says:

All these bullshits that I’m seeing.. that’s why I never write.. grab by the hair? By the hair? Really now? Most male aggressors from behind attacks usually bearhug and drug or bearhug and slum. Who the fuck out on the street pull from the hair? That’s the marketing that making someone killed

Trooper RCB says:

Btw… now that you made bjj so we’ll known you never shown in that video the what ifs of the attacker knowing himself bjj.. but no.. a bjj student will never be the aggressor right..

Grzegorz Krzosek says:

Good stuff it is definitely better to know something than nothing but still a lot of bjj wouldn't really work against bigger and stronger opponent and unfortunately that is usually the case

Trooper RCB says:

Well… those 0:21 punches won’t help your scenario as you think

fpstina says:
