The shin splitter , tip: always pick shoes with hard soles . Soft soles will still hurt bad the shin is highly sensitive . If someone gets in your face or grabs your lapels kick as hard as you can straight on the shinbone. Never seen anyone howl so loud when I used this. I first used this on a guy that was bullying. He didn't bully anyone after this.
