most people who attack are meat heads. because a martial artist usually won't go around starting fights. part of martial arts is discipline. Taekwon-do kicks are powerful. and if they land on someone who doesn't regularly spar (especially against kickers) they usually are floored after 1 hit with an injury. also Traditional ITF has a lot more power in general than sport WTF taekwondo.
Dang man that front snap kick so fast shane did not expect to get dropped from it. I find I have to set up my kick with something. I am kinda slow get my kicks caught a lot. but then again better than nothing when it comes to self defence.
So the side snap kick and round house to the body I get, but what's the difference between Shane's front teep kicks and GNT's front snap kick, which is quicker and more effective? also should I use the ball or the heel of the foot?
hey Shane I wanted to ask you a question,is chicken catching good exercise for boxing
i thought you edited the thumbnail to make it look like you were holding the bag you were kicking yourself lol
what a prick, no useful info, just bragging
do you plan to compete ametuer boxing again?
Cheers Shane, I just found another channel to subscribe to! ^_^
Shane is learning
those were 3 basic kicks in tkd that I agree really work well

Shane, mm. ia ask you something, how can i break or separate the people who fight on the street??
For taekwondo these kicks are poorly executed man.
how much does a pro mma fighter make? not talking about the pros in bellator or ufc. talking about those guys in like rfc or wcfl.

is it just me, or does this dude look like shane?…
and people say tkd doesnt work in a street fight HAHAHAHAHA
Taekwondo as quoted by GNT himself
"Oh my god, this kick actually worked"
I'm just kidding lol I practice tkd as well gotta have some fun haha
great video
twins!!! LOL
I have trained taekwondo for 4 years
damn that first kick caught Shane completely off guard! he was like oh shit lol
high level tkd kicks works..flexibility is kinda like having extra hands which is why people work hard to get it
Thanks man! With these kicks I should be able to successfully kick my man down the stairs!
Shane you still making the Francis ngannou fight like video?
I did a double take. They really look like the same person.
What if you get jumped by a robot? Then you have split shins.
this video makes all the tkd haters that think sport tkd is all there is to tkd look stupid. lol
are you brothers?
