I don't get less than lethal self defense items. If a dude is trying to kill, assault, or steal from me, I don't want to inconvenience him, I want to fucking obliterate him completely. I'd completely erase him from existence if I could, but I can't, so instead I settle for the most lethal, painful, brutal option available that I could realistically use, which happens to be a gun, probably a pistol.
I don't know man… all these product seems like one of those kickstarter item, it only appeal to the niche market. All these product feels like they are an optional, in my opinion the basic item for self defense are Pepper Spray and Personal Safety Alarm Keychain. Other than that is gotta be your personal action such as don't walk alone on a shady road, don't go outside during night, learn the proper way to react in case of mugging and etc.
I have to admit that I'm just a sucker for a good old fashioned self defense collapsible metal baton. Or. Those new short/baton length braided metal cable whips. Those things would hurt so bad to get smacked by, Holly shit it would rip you up or worse with one of the beefier models with a adjustable metal head piece, the handle is solid Metal, and a window punch. So you'd do damage with that thing.
Most of these devices are illegal to use and even own in the United States, before purchasing make sure you check with your federal state and local laws!
Just for those thinking these would be a good idea in the UK, they are not! Every item showcased here is highly illegal within the UK and will no doubt get you into more trouble than your attacker/mugger…
Those knuckle duster knives are mall ninja crap. I have a one that I got over 15 years ago from a vendor at a gun & knife show. They are poorly constructed from cheap metal. The edges of the "grip" are sharp and dig into your fingers and palm. You cannot deploy the blades with your hand in the grip. They also only come in one size. If you attempt to use these in a defense situation, you will end up hurting yourself.
I live in Norway and i am a smal % pasifist that i am fore that weapons in Norway are forbiden and the only thing thats aloud is selfdefens spray 🇳🇴😀✌🏻🇳🇴✌🏻😀
